What
is TEAM Challenge?
The TEAM Challenge ropes course
features over 25 high and low elements located within a
beautiful wooded area. While embodying the "Challenge
by Choice" philosophy, we encourage participants to push
their limits by climbing to heights of 30 to 45 feet and
maneuvering through the treetops. Our low ropes elements
will help stimulate different team-building principles such
as leadership, cooperation, awareness, and trust.
What
Does TEAM Challenge Do?
TEAM Challenge is designed
to address the specific goals of the groups and individuals
who participate, but something that we hope all participants
experience is self-discovery resulting in personal growth. Each
year TEAM Challenge helps thousands of participants to develop
cooperative problem-solving skills and to accelerate communication
skills. Rather than discussing different theories of team-building,
group dynamics and leadership, we provide group initiatives
and challenges on our low and high element ropes course
that encourage participants to work together, support each
other, and try new leadership roles. The staff members of
TEAM Challenge are here to ensure that at the end of the
day each participant leaves with new knowledge and applicable
skills.
Who
Participates in TEAM Challenge?
TEAM Challenge is suited for
all ages and all groups from corporate organizations, colleges
and schools, to sports teams and community groups. We are
an excellent resource for professional developmental needs.
Our programs are physically engaging, but not necessarily
physically demanding; anyone can participate! Enhance your
team's dynamics with our fun-filled and insightful programs.
Your
TEAM Challenge Program:
Although the activities we perform at TEAM Challenge
are fun, they are very valuable as well because the skills
participants gain here can be applied to their everyday
lives and activities. We want to ensure that each group
extracts skills from the program, and in order to do that
we will tailor programs to fit the specific goals and
objectives of your group. Groups typically come in for
programs of two to eight hours in length, but there are
also multiple day programs available. Please contact us
for more information.
