Halloween Capers 2000:

Cayuga Nature Center is once again hosting its fun Halloween Capers. Bring your whole family to CNC's Main Lodge for an evening of pumpkin painting and other craft projects, cider pressing, skits, ghouls and goblins. Don't miss the popular Enchanted and Adventure Trails along with the new TreeTops Terror Trail! There will also be a petting zoo for everyone to enjoy! Cost: Individuals: $5 CNC/ $8 non-members, family pass (up to 6 people) $20 CNC/ $25 non-members, children 5 and under are free. Saturday, October 21^st and Saturday October 28^th from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. We ask that you leave your flashlight at home, but we will have glow bracelets on sale ($1.75 each) to keep everyone safe (monsters hate light!).

Children's Caper:

Join CNC on Sunday October 29^th from 3-5 p.m. for this Halloween Caper just for the little ones (ages 7 and under). This daytime event will offer a costume parade, games and craft activities along with the chance to meet some of our more friendly ghouls. Be sure to visit our special Halloween Caper petting zoo to feed the animals. Cost: $3 CNC/ $5 non-members (children under 3 are free).

Coloring Contest Rules:

Decorate and return all entries c/o Cayuga Nature Center, 1420 Taughannock Blvd., Ithaca, NY 14850. All Entries will be displayed and judged at the Halloween Capers on October 21, 28 &29. Prizes will be awarded to winners in the following categories: under 5, 6-9 year olds, 9 and over. All winners will be notified by phone. Please note: Participants' names, ages and phone numbers will not be displayed, but must accompany all entries.
