What is TEAM Challenge?

TEAM Challenge is our ropes course program that features over 25 high and low elements located within a beautiful wooded area.  While embodying the "Challenge by Choice" philosophy, we encourage participants to push their limits by climbing to heights of 30 to 45 feet and traversing through the treetops.

Our low ropes elements will help stimulate different team-building principles such as leadership, cooperation, communication, and trust.

What Does TEAM Challenge Do?

Each year TEAM Challenge helps thousands of participants develop cooperative problem-solving skills and accelerate communication skills. Rather than discussing different theories of team-building, group dynamics and leadership, we provide group initiatives and challenges on our low and high element ropes course that encourage participants to work together, support each other, and try new leadership roles.

The trained staff members of TEAM Challenge are here to ensure the group’s safety and serve as a guide to your team building experience. Our goal is to help your group have a positive and memorable experience here at Cayuga Nature Center.

Who Participates in TEAM Challenge?

TEAM Challenge is suited for ages 10 and up. We have elementary schools, college athletes, and corporate groups who come here each year for team building and professional development. Our programs are physically engaging, but not necessarily physically demanding; anyone can participate! Enhance your team's dynamics with our fun-filled and insightful programs.

Your TEAM Challenge Program

Here at Cayuga Nature Center, we tailor each program to the specific needs and goals of your group. No two programs are exactly alike. Program length may vary from a few hours to a week-long workshop! Programs are usually held at our beautiful location, but we also travel to conduct programs at the location of your choice.

Program Rates Onsite at Cayuga Nature Center

• Youth (under 18) $7 per person per hour
• Adults $10 per person per hour
• Course Fee: $60 per hour

For Example: A group of 12 adults coming here for a three-hour program:
$10 x 12 people x 3 hours = $360
Course Fee $60 x 3 hours = $180
Total Cost of Program = $540

Offsite Programs

Includes additional fees for mileage and travel, but there is no course fee. Please call Matt Sacco for more details.
