Registration Policies:

• All registrations must be accompanied by a $50 deposit for each session requested to hold space(s).
• We accept cash, check,VISA and MASTERCARD as forms of payment.
• All medical history forms are due to be completed and returned 2 weeks prior to the start of the scheduled program. Your child will NOT be allowed to participate without a completed medical history form.
• Refunds: If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the session start date, we will refund your deposit less a $50 administration fee. A cancellation between 0-14 days before the start date of your session will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
• Terms: Camp tuition must be paid in full two weeks before the start of your child's camp session.

Additional Information:

• Registrations will be confirmed by email when they are received.
• Camp Parent Packs including all forms, payment receipts, and additional camp information will be mailed to you in a bright green packet!
• Specific information and equipment lists for special programs will also be provided.
